1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating an account on 66fb, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 66fb platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the 66fb platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account, registered players, and any person accessing the platform on behalf of another individual or entity.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or translation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall be definitive and shall prevail.

1.4 66fb reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user who does not comply with these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 66fb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to use the 66fb platform in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by 66fb or any other gambling platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 66fb or any affiliated entity.

2.2 66fb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

2.3 If at any point you cease to meet the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2.1, you must immediately cease using the platform and notify 66fb support at the contact details provided in clause 14.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 66fb. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to notify 66fb promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration, including changes to your name, contact details, or payment method information.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 66fb accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 You agree to notify 66fb immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Upon such notification, 66fb will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.

3.5 66fb reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time. These checks may include identity verification, source-of-funds requests, and proof-of-payment-method documentation. Accounts subject to such checks may have withdrawals withheld until the checks are satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 66fb are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66fb does not apply currency conversion fees to Bangladeshi players transacting in BDT.

4.2 Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 66fb reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

4.3 The minimum deposit amount via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer and card payments may differ and are displayed in the platform cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment-method verification. 66fb reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the platform cashier.

4.5 66fb will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 66fb support team. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.6 Funds deposited into a 66fb account must be used for the purpose of betting and gaming. Any attempt to use the 66fb platform as a payment intermediary, or to deposit and withdraw funds without placing bets, may be treated as suspicious activity and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.7 66fb is not a bank or financial institution. Player funds held in a 66fb account do not earn interest and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 All bets placed on 66fb are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published in the platform's help and rules section and form part of these Terms.

5.2 A bet is not accepted until you have received a confirmed bet reference number or on-screen confirmation from the platform. 66fb accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, device failure, or user error.

5.3 In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input error — 66fb reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. 66fb's decision on manifest errors is final.

5.4 Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or may be confirmed by contacting support. 66fb reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion.

5.5 66fb reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or delay the settlement of markets pending the outcome of an official investigation into match integrity, where 66fb has reasonable grounds to suspect that a sporting event has been subject to manipulation.

5.6 Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform. In-play bets are settled using official real-time data feeds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 66fb may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Bonuses credited to a player's account may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds until wagering is complete.

6.3 66fb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before a player has completed the wagering requirements, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed from the player's account.

6.4 Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

6.5 66fb reserves the right to withhold bonus rewards or winnings from any player where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, pending the outcome of an investigation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 66fb platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or any third party to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies that are clearly not intended as genuine market offerings.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform as a transaction intermediary.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, where doing so would violate local law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including any person under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 66fb staff or other platform users.

7.2 Where 66fb determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 66fb may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all open and settled bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit all funds in the account; and report the activity to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 66fb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
